I’m no longer CEO of Kickstarter
As of October I’m no longer working on Kickstarter. (Original news is here if you missed it.)
What a cool, great thing Kickstarter is and will continue to be. I’m extremely proud of all the ways I’ve been a part of it. It was an honor to serve that team and cause as CEO.
The transition out has been positive. Life has opened up in new ways. I’m both overjoyed and anxious by what's next.
I’m a writer again (with bonus features)
The next thing is being a writer again. It feels great to rediscover an old muscle.
I’ve been old-school blogging for the past two months. I wrote about job changes, weathering turbulence, and books I’m reading.

Writing is the primary way I’m working but not the only way. I’ve learned a lot about making ideas and I have more of them than ever. I’ll have news about my first new project soon.
